“Crain Kia exceeded my expectations! I made an appointment for my 2014 Cadenza due to a national recall. The expectation was 2 separate appointments needed. To my delight, the Kia Service department informed me that the job was complete.

In addition, the waiting area is clean, and roomy. Complimentary bottled water and assorted coffees and hot chocolate are available, along with clean bathrooms. The parts department had batteries for my Kia, key fob. Plus, the parts department team provided helpful hints on how to successfully change out and replace the battery for the fob without charge. The new battery was $13.

It’s been a long time since I walked away from a car dealership feeling cheerful. Thank you, Crain Kia, for over delivering and making me truly feel like an important, valued customer.”
